General Terms and Conditions

§ 1 Scope

The following General Terms and Conditions apply to all contracts between Cheggl GmbH, Chrysanderstraße 2A, 21029 Hamburg (hereinafter referred to as "Provider") and its business customers (hereinafter referred to as "Customers").

The offer is directed exclusively at entrepreneurs within the meaning of § 14 BGB.

§ 2 Subject Matter of the Contract

The Provider operates a digital platform for booking and handling video productions.

Customers can book standardized video services via the integrated shop.

Services include in particular:

  • On-site video production
  • Post-production
  • Provision of final content

Execution is carried out by commissioned service providers on behalf of the Provider.

§ 3 Conclusion of Contract

The contract is concluded by completing the ordering process in the online shop.

By clicking the button "Buy now", the Customer submits a binding offer.

§ 4 Remuneration

Prices result from the respective offer in the shop.

All prices are net prices plus statutory VAT, unless stated otherwise.

Remuneration is due immediately upon conclusion of the contract.

§ 5 Payment

Payment is made using the payment methods offered during the ordering process.

The Provider is entitled to use external payment service providers.

§ 6 Performance

Scheduling is arranged after booking in coordination with the Customer.

The Customer is obligated to ensure all prerequisites required for performance (access, contacts, content).

§ 7 Acceptance

The finished video is provided digitally.

If no feedback is provided within 3 business days, performance is deemed accepted.

§ 8 Revisions

One correction loop is included in the price.

Further changes may incur additional costs.

§ 9 Customer Obligations to Cooperate

The Customer ensures:

  • Access to the location
  • Necessary contacts
  • Approvals and content

Delays due to missing cooperation are not at the Provider's expense.

§ 10 Usage Rights

Usage rights are transferred to the Customer after full payment.

The Provider is entitled to use the content for its own reference purposes unless otherwise agreed.

§ 11 Liability

The Provider is liable only for intent and gross negligence.

§ 12 Withdrawal / Cancellation

Cancellation after booking is generally excluded.

Individual goodwill arrangements may be made in individual cases.

§ 13 Final Provisions

German law applies.

Place of jurisdiction is Hamburg, where legally permissible.
